You don’t need an event or spa service to enjoy our lounge amenities! Check out our day passes and membership options for that self-care check-in for your schedule. Each amenity in the Life Lounge has a recommended time of 30 minutes. With the purchase of a Lounge Pass, you are welcome to stay in the Lounge for up to two hours. If you want to sit back and relax for a little while longer, you can always add an additional Lounge Pass for extra time.
Lounge Area
Relax in a robe and slippers with a good book, drink, and/or company. Our modular seating can be arranged for any event and sits central to our lounge amenities and natural lighting.

Take a sip while you take a seat in our lounge! Whether you’re looking for the energizing sip of espresso, a tranquil tea, or a bubbly celebratory champagne, our Poppi’s team members are here to serve while you enjoy our amenities.

Step into our Sunlighten Community Solocarbon Far Infrared Sauna for a slice of heaven. With 15 infrared heating panels, Light Therapy & a Premium Sound System, we think you’ll be relaxed before you can google Solocarbon. If you’re searching for the safest infrared heater on the market, look no further than our very own Solocarbon heated sauna.

Salt Room
Take a step into our beautiful and immersive salt room and experience the natural benefits of salt therapy. Salt Therapy, or Halotherapy, is an alternative treatment for a wide variety of ailments and conditions such as: anxiety, sleeplessness, asthma, allergies, inflammation, skin issues, and even the common cold.

Color Pod
Relax in our one-of-a-kind color pod that is not only fun, but also uses the centuries-old concept called chromotherapy. Used successfully over the years to treat various diseases and ailments, chromotherapy is a method of treatment that uses the visible spectrum (colors) of electromagnetic light to treat diseases and to affect mood or emotions.

Poppi’s offers some very exclusive amenities in the Lounge. The Halotherapy salt room will expand your breathing and give you the deep breath you’ve been needing. This treatment is great for allergies, asthma, copd and cystic fibrosis as well as a great therapy for anyone who performers or does public speaking. Expanding your breath is a key to proper bodily function.
Chromotherapy, or color therapy, is done using a full spectrum lighting system that can balance our mood, emotions and physical ailments. As you bask in the deep saturation of color your body absorbs the light wavelengths and makes adjustments. Whether you need a mood boost, to increase circulation or simply need to let go, color therapy is your ally.
Traditional steam room style saunas can be taxing on your breathing and can even limit the amount of time you expose your body to the needed warmth and heat of a sauna. Exposing your body to high temperatures created proteins in your heart, this makes your heart healthier and stronger. Our dry infrared sauna allows you to get the necessary time in the sauna without the suffocation of the steam and without the drenching sweat. Additionally, as you warm your muscles your capillaries will dilate sending a rush of healthy blood to your muscles, giving them the opportunity to repair and restore. This is a great treatment for anyone with muscles aches, pains or who does a lot of physical activity. We recommend you pair the sauna with a massage to get the greatest benefit.

Our Life Lounge does not require a reservation. It is a communal space that you are welcome to drop in to anytime you feel the need for relaxation and restoration.

Poppi’s is delighted to offer handcrafted custom blended herbal, black and green teas. We also make delicious lattes and espresso. Poppi’s always has fizzy and still water available for our lounge guests to ensure they stay hydrated and relaxed.

To pay you will find the QR code on the Harvestor parking sign, pull out your phone, open the camera app, scan the QR code and pay online.

We encourage guests to wear comfortable clothing that they can relax in. However, if you are coming directly from work or an event and did not bring anything to wear, we have you covered. Poppi’s has American Apparel cotton t-shirts and shorts available as well as soft sandals.

Halotherapy treaments are very idividualized and can range from an intense 10 minutes to a slow and steady 30 minutes. We recommend clients start with a 30 minute session and eventually increase to a more concentrated session.
**Our cancellation policy: Should you need to cancel or reschedule please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment, failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of your service total. **
